Terms of Service

Since 2018, New York Restaurant Week has been your insider’s guide to NYC’s most buzzworthy dining experiences, helping foodies aged 22–50 snag last-minute tables and exclusive deals before the best spots fill up. We’re here to keep your fork happy and your wallet smart, but there are a few rules to keep the culinary chaos under control. Read on to stay in the loop on account management, content policies, and how we handle your data.

Account Termination: Your account is your ticket to the city’s hottest tables, but we reserve the right to terminate it if:

  • Violation of our Terms — like spamming reviews or sharing stolen content.
  • Fraud or abuse — fake reservations, phishing, or any shady shenanigans.
  • Legal issues — if we’re served a court order or your behavior breaches US law.

We’ll notify you via email before shutting things down, but remember: your data might stick around for a bit, per our privacy policies.

Content Removal: We’re all about keeping the conversation spicy, but not everything stays on the plate. You can request removal of your content at any time by emailing Contact Us. We’ll take it down if:

  • You spot an error — typos, wrong restaurant names, or outdated deals.
  • Content violates our guidelines — hate speech, nudity, or anything that makes the team cringe.
  • Legal action is required — copyright claims or DMCA notices.

Fair warning: we might flag your post first to give you a chance to fix it before the knife comes out.

Data Handling: Your info is as precious as a truffle at a Michelin-starred spot. We don’t sell your data, but we do use it to:

  • Personalize your experience — tailored restaurant recommendations and deal alerts.
  • Improve the site — analytics to keep the foodie community thriving.
  • Communicate with you — updates on new restaurant week events or account changes.

You can access, correct, or delete your data anytime via your account settings — because even the best dishes deserve a second chance.
